This winter, over 50 employees of CIRI member companies are registered to participate in our free offering of courses conducted by FMI, a leading consulting firm serving construction and related industries.
The four-course executive training offering, customized specifically for our members, is designed to help project executives operate efficiently and profitably over the long term — while also enhancing their acumen for strategic process improvement, financial controls, risk management and overall performance.
