T&I Committee exploring multitude of tech possibilities.
Including AI-powered applications and related devices.
As in many fields, today’s proliferation of leading-edge technologies for construction management is both inspirational and overwhelming. The CIRI Technology & Innovation (T&I) Committee, which meets next on July 24, is actively identifying the most promising applications and tools to help members streamline processes while maximizing efficiency and collaboration.
Possibilities being studied include digital-first solutions for automated real-time monitoring for safety compliance, hazard detection and QC; complex engineering and load calculations; cost estimation and project controls; integrated cost/schedule management; drone-enabled flyover surveys and inspections; and a wide range of AI-driven predictive insights.
